Patchwork Ornament with a twist.

The first fabric collection, Past & Present, from Ellie’s Quiltplace / EQP Textiles is a very harmonious collection of quilt fabrics that also lends itself well for making ornaments.
Nice smooth cotton that is great to work with!
I wanted to combine all fifteen fabrics (to begin with ?) in one ornament. Each pattern has been processed four times in the ornament according to a twisted pattern and so it started to look like a round mini patchwork quilt with a twist. ?
So far, one of my favorites.
